Historic ambiance with a special character:
The oldest building on Deichstraße, whose core dates back to 1659/60, gives the street its special appeal. Although it was badly damaged in the Great Fire, it was rebuilt and still preserves elements of the original architecture to this day. Particularly noteworthy is the portal designed in the forms of the early Baroque, which was uncovered in the 1970s.
