The Klingenburg is a beautiful, old sandstone building (designed by Herrmann Billing). It was built as a hotel by the Kling family in 1899. It is conveniently located for transport (the train station and bus station are in the immediate vicinity), yet quiet, surrounded by greenery, in a small park.
The interior was completely renovated (heating, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and converted into attractive rental apartments of various sizes, 10 apartments in total.

The apartment is bright and welcoming; it is fitted with light-colored tiles and laminate flooring. The apartment has been completely renovated (heating, water installation, electrical installation); the radiators, as well as the apartment door and interior doors, have been replaced. The bathroom is also new, equipped with modern branded sanitary fixtures (bathtub, washbasin, toilet and connection for a washing machine).

This apartment is on the ground floor and has one bedroom, two additional rooms (children’s room/office), an open-plan living and kitchen area, and a bathroom. The apartment has a large terrace. Use of the park/garden is included.
The apartment is suitable for a couple or a small family.
Out of consideration for the building and the residents’ community, dogs and cats unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
