Notes on monument protection:
Since 2020, the front part of this building, the original construction of the main house, which was built in 1911, has been entered in the list of cultural monuments. The Schleswig-Holstein State Office for the Preservation of Monuments in Kiel and the Lower Monument Protection Authority in Husum are responsible for this.
The aim of monument protection is to preserve the surviving monument stock in the long term.
There are good reasons to invest in a listed property. When you buy a listed building, you can be sure that you are buying something unique, something special. But you also benefit from various advantages. For example, you can receive subsidies for renovation and refurbishment measures. The possible additional expenses for listed properties can be claimed against tax. The annual property tax can be reduced by around 15%. And: you are not subject to the requirements for energy-efficient renovations.
