In a charming house in the heart of Philippsburg-Huttenheim, a total of five furnished shared-apartment rooms ranging in size from approx. 16 to 25 m² are available for rent.
The living concept is aimed at people looking for affordable housing while also appreciating the benefits of a small shared household. Whether employed, in vocational training or studying, a commuter, starting a career or new to the region – everyone will find their own private retreat here without having to live completely alone.
The five rooms differ in size and rent:
Room 1 – approx. 25 m²

Two bathrooms and a small shared kitchen are available for communal use. A private seating area in the garden also provides space for a morning coffee, a relaxing end to the day or spending time outdoors together.
The larger rooms can also be occupied by two people upon request. In the case of double occupancy, the additional costs are charged per person.
It is important to us that this becomes more than just a purely functional shared apartment: Everyone has their own area and privacy – while also having the opportunity to cook together, exchange ideas or spend time together.
Community is possible, but not required.
