Lease of Municipal Catering Premises:
The City of Osnabrück intends to lease the catering premises of the so-called Ratskeller in the Historic Town Hall of Osnabrück to a qualified lessee as part of an expression-of-interest procedure (IBV). The city is seeking a capable lessee with a coherent, quality- and service-oriented catering concept and a long-term economic outlook. The application deadline is 21 September 2026.
The Ratskeller is located in a culturally and historically significant and tourist-oriented location in the heart of Osnabrück city centre and offers excellent conditions for a sustainable, economically viable catering concept appealing to a broad range of target groups.

- Catering premises on the ground floor and basement of the Historic Town Hall

Procedure: The selection will take place as part of a qualitative expression-of-interest procedure based on:
- the submitted concept,
- economic viability,
- the operator’s experience and references,
- as well as a proposed lease model.
There is no entitlement to the conclusion of a lease agreement.
