On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and microwave at eye level. Due to a household clearance, I have duplicate household contents and can hand over the kitchen fully equipped. The wall to the living room was removed, which is very advantageous with small children. There is a guest WC, an entrance vestibule and a hallway with staircase.

The first floor has two children’s rooms and a master bedroom. One children’s room is fully furnished and one is empty except for a child’s desk. The master bedroom is fully furnished. Although the bathroom is not large, it nevertheless has both a shower and a bathtub. There are two toilets in the house.

The washing machine, dryer and space for hanging laundry in winter are in the basement. In summer, there is a rotary clothesline in the garden.
