Very well-maintained 8-family house with long-standing tenants. Near the castle and schools (Euro Schulen community school "Erich Mäder"-Martin-Luther-Schule), very quietly located yet central.
Supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
There are also private parking spaces on the property.
Terrace on the sunny side
High-quality, attractive fittings with appealing tiles and beautiful laminate flooring.
There is a corner bathtub, a large mirror in the bathroom, etc.
The apartment is in top condition. Kitchen by arrangement.
Well-managed building with its own caretaker.
Good, reliable tenants.
Each tenant must register with EWA themselves for gas and electricity -
The basic rent including the parking space and ancillary costs (excluding electricity and gas) amounts to 760 euros including utilities.
(620 basic rent plus 20 parking space plus 120 advance payment for other ancillary costs).
I would be happy to answer any further questions.
This apartment is a gem!!

Altenburg is a more than 1,000-year-old former residential town in the east of the Free State of Thuringia, in the heart of the Central German metropolitan region. Altenburg is the district town of the Altenburger Land district. With approximately 31,100 inhabitants, the city is designated in state planning as a medium-sized centre with partial functions of a major centre. Altenburg is known for the card game Skat, invented here after 1810. An exhibition on this is located in the Castle and Playing Card Museum.
Altenburg lies in the centre of the Leipzig–Chemnitz–Gera urban triangle, 39 km south of Leipzig, 38 km northwest of Chemnitz, 28 km northeast of Gera and 31 km north of Zwickau. It was built on hilly terrain, whose lowest point is near Zschernitzsch at 162 m above sea level and whose highest point is near Mockzig at 261 m above sea level. The area belongs to the foothills of the Ore Mountains, which end north of the city in the Leipzig Lowlands.

Altenburg is traversed by the rivers Pleiße, Blaue Flut and Deutscher Bach. The Pleiße flows through the city in the Ehrenberg district in the south. In the north of Altenburg, the Deutscher Bach flows through the districts of Steinwitz, Drescha, Nord and Kauerndorf, where it flows into the Blaue Flut. The latter rises near Graicha in the Altenburger Land district and flows through the city from southwest to northeast. It was named after a dye works located there, which discharged its mostly blue dye wastewater into the stream without treatment. (according to Wiki)
