This newly renovated, high-quality, fully furnished 65 m² apartment in a period building combines classic Berlin charm with modern comfort. Original wooden floorboards, high ceilings and large windows create a bright, warm atmosphere.
When renovating and furnishing the apartment, it was important to us to preserve the character of the old home while creating a space that feels modern, cozy and distinctive. The apartment is fully furnished and ready to move into immediately.
The bright living area is furnished with high-quality, carefully selected pieces: a distinctive olive wood dining table with four chairs, a sofa and armchair, matching coffee tables, rugs, artwork, and various table and floor lamps. A TV is also provided. The living area opens directly onto the balcony, which overlooks greenery.
The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with storage, two bedside tables, a beautiful Art Nouveau writing desk and a 1.50 m-wide wardrobe.
A particular highlight is the dark green kitchen with brass details, a wooden countertop and exposed brick wall. It is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and washing machine. A Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster are also provided.
The apartment is located right next to Steglitz City Park, combining peaceful, green surroundings with the benefits of an excellent urban location. Schloßstraße, one of Berlin’s best-known shopping streets, as well as numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, cinemas and cultural attractions, are nearby. The Botanical Garden is also easy to reach.
Public transport connections are excellent. Various bus and train services are within easy reach, as is the motorway, offering good connections to other parts of Berlin and the surrounding area.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the quiet garden wing and is rented fully furnished—ideal for a single person or a couple looking for a well-maintained, distinctive apartment they can move into right away without much effort.
