Our concept – An organized communal living arrangement:
We place great importance on a harmonious, quiet and socially homogeneous house community. We are currently deliberately grouping the residential units according to profiles, daily routines and interests in order to establish ideal living communities for working professionals, weekend commuters, as well as discerning students and trainees.
The units & rental conditions:
Bright, spacious single rooms (approx. 12–24 sqm): From €449.– to €599.– warm (all-inclusive flat rate incl. all ancillary costs and electricity).
Furnishing option for large rooms:
On request, completely newly and high-quality furnished for an additional €50.– per month.
Compact comfort room (Room 4 on the 1st floor): An exceptionally clever and functional use of space on approx. 7 sqm of floor area. Equipped with a high-quality, custom-made craftsman’s solution (comfortable loft bed, raised cabinets, integrated work area). Ideally suited for weekend commuters or people looking for a state-of-the-art, functional and easy-to-maintain place to stay. Price: €379.– warm, including complete furnishings and electricity.
Communal areas: The shared apartments have new, modern bathrooms and spacious communal areas. Depending on the unit, a high-quality fitted kitchen (1st floor) or a solid wood kitchen with dishwasher (ground floor) is available.
Laundry option: Washing machines and dryers are available for use on site (maintenance and energy flat rate: €15.– per month).
Courtyard parking spaces: Fixed, private parking spaces in the villa’s private inner courtyard can be rented directly on request.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for reliable, tidy and responsible tenants who value respectful interaction, mutual consideration and compliance with clear house rules. As we are interested in stable, long-term arrangements, the contractual minimum term for all rooms is one year.
