This charming, newly renovated 2-room apartment is located in a historic half-timbered house in the middle of Tübingen’s old town, directly on the Market Square.
The apartment was renovated in 2026 and combines the historic character of the building with modern and functional furnishings. Some of the existing half-timbered beams have been exposed, giving the apartment a special old-town charm.
Layout
The apartment has two very small rooms that are completely separate from each other. A small shower room is located in the middle. There is also a small, fully equipped kitchenette.
Important: The apartment is intended exclusively for use by a single person and will only be rented to one person. Renting to two people is not intended.
Please also note that this is in fact a very small apartment with a total floor area of approx. 20 m². The two rooms are correspondingly compact.
Due to the historic half-timbered house, some ceiling heights are only approx. 2.00 m. This feature is part of the historic building fabric and should be taken into consideration when deciding on the apartment.
Fully furnished full-service apartment
The apartment is handed over fully furnished and ready for occupancy. The furnishings include, among other things:

The monthly rent is charged as an all-inclusive rent including all services. There are therefore no additional service-charge statements.

There are no further additional costs.
Upon request, a cleaning service can also be booked for an additional charge.
Rental period
The minimum rental period is 6 months. After the minimum rental period has expired, moving out is possible flexibly.

The apartment is located directly on the Market Square and thus in the heart of Tübingen’s old town.
Shops, cafés, restaurants, shopping facilities and numerous other amenities are conveniently within walking distance.
Viewings possible by appointment
As this is a very small apartment with approx. 20 m² of floor space and two small rooms, we strongly recommend that prospective tenants view the premises in person beforehand.
A viewing is possible at any time by arrangement.
