You can find a new home in a small Art Nouveau period building with friendly co-tenants. A combination of various buildings for studios and residential use. The modular kitchen with refrigerator and table, as well as the bathroom furniture, will remain in the apartment and are being left for use by the previous tenant, so no takeover payment or similar is required; he spent 3 decades here.
