We are letting our side building attached to a main house in Altdöbern immediately, as a first occupancy after renovation, to non-smokers without pets who are comfortable walking. The upper and lower floors are connected by a steep staircase. Upstairs you will find 1 room with wooden beams, wood paneling, sloping walls, a toilet, and a shower cubicle. Downstairs there are 2 rooms, 1 of which is a passage room and 1 with a view of the pond promenade, 1 very small windowless kitchen with an extractor hood, sink unit, mini stove, , mini refrigerator, and 1 toilet room. The house is accessed directly from the courtyard via an exterior staircase. The building is located directly on the beautiful pond promenade with benches. The market square and the castle park can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
