The office/practice rooms are located in the basement of a well-maintained residential building.
The premises are accessed via a separate entrance on the left side of the property. They have step-free access.
From the entrance area, the first open-plan room is on the left, which is ideally suited for use as a waiting area or reception area. From here, you continue into the first room.
