About this dream house

Property Description

The minimum price for this property is 500,000 euros. The seller intends to sell the property to the highest bidder. It was built by allkauf, a manufacturer of prefabricated houses, which has been on the market for 35 years. The house was built according to the wishes and ideas of the current owners, who now have to part with this beautiful property due to professional changes. The approx. 41 m² room has ceiling speakers, which can be controlled via the bus system by Bluetooth or the integrated radio. Upstairs are two children's bedrooms, the master bedroom with dressing room and the bathroom. In addition to the dressing room, the master bedroom has a balcony. A wardrobe system was integrated into the dressing room to create enough space. Another highlight of the house is the bathroom. It has a bathtub in which you can lie well for two. In addition to the toilet and double sink, there is also a ground-level rain shower. Other notes: Living moss panels were installed in the bathroom and living area, which provide good indoor air.
