Arrive, feel at ease, feel at home – this special 3-room maisonette combines spacious living with the individual charm of an attic apartment. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and in the attic above. There is no elevator.
The lower living level features a spacious living area and a more compact room, particularly suitable as a study, guest room or child’s room. The floor is complemented by the fitted kitchen and the bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The balcony extends the living space outdoors and offers a lovely view over Schwerin.
The internal wooden staircase leads to the converted attic. Here you will find a spacious sleeping and retreat area, a dressing room and a separate WC. A special highlight is the wonderful view of Schwerin Castle.
