Bühlau has always been a preferred residential area. On the edge of the city, very quiet yet conveniently close to amenities and transport. You can be on the motorway in about 20 min, by bicycle in about 35 min in the Saxon Switzerland and on foot in about 8 min in the Dresden Heath. Bus 61 and tram line 11 take you to the city center in about 25 min. By bus it takes about 35 min to the TU or university hospital.
You can get the things of daily life at Ullersdorfer Platz, and for everything else there is the large shopping center in Weißig.

You can use the shared house garden, take your deck chair out into the sun and barbecue with friends.

The apartment is intended for one person.
