Other

The house complies, particularly with regard to noise protection, with the regulations applicable at the time of construction around 1900. Therefore, typical city noise rises from the street; noises from the apartment above (family with 5 children) can be heard. People who tend to be sensitive to noise would only be advised to rent our apartment to a limited extent.
If you are only slightly disturbed by noise, you will find a great house community that invites a pleasant and friendly coexistence.
