The König Albert Haus, one of the most beautiful historic buildings on Leipzig's market square, is home to well-known and popular restaurants such as "Spizz" and "barfusz". The two office spaces are located on the 3rd floor of the building. The office floor is accessed via the staircase and an elevator. A kitchenette and toilets are available for communal use. The office space is furnished. Additional/other furniture can be added if required. The two units are connected by a door, which can be locked if the office is rented individually.
