We are renting directly from the owner (no agent / commission-free) a freshly renovated, spacious 122 m² ground-floor apartment in the popular Flensburg district of Mürwik. We are looking for a friendly group or individuals to form a new 5-person shared apartment as soon as possible!
The apartment is rented under one joint lease agreement for all 5 primary tenants. This means that, as a shared apartment, you will largely manage yourselves, divide the total rent among yourselves, and share the entire apartment.
