We are renting out a lovely, bright 2-room apartment in Karlshorst. The
residential complex in a quiet, green setting was completed in spring 2020. The
apartment has a fitted kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher,
extractor hood and ceramic hob/electric oven.
The apartment, which is equipped with underfloor heating and high-quality flooring,
also has a lovely balcony.
The shower room features high-quality fittings. The apartment is completely
barrier-free and is therefore ideally suited to seniors or people with
disabilities. Shared facilities available to all tenants
include, among other things, a bicycle storage room and a laundry room.
The minimum rental period is two years. Dogs are not permitted.
