2 Rooms – all to yourself: The offered shared apartment room (designated as Room 4 in the floor plan) is located on the upper floor of a maisonette apartment in an all-female 4-person shared apartment. The floor is approx. 35m², lockable, accessible via a staircase within the apartment, and was furnished in a modern style after renovation in 2025.

The bedroom features a 1.40 m wide bed with slatted frame and mattress, as well as two chests of drawers. The second room contains a desk including a chair. Both rooms have large windows, making them bright and welcoming.

There is also a shared approx. 13.3 m² living room downstairs. There you will find a dining table with chairs and a cozy seating lounge, perfect for chilling, eating, or simply enjoying relaxed evenings in the shared apartment.

In the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher, you will find not only large cabinets but also all the cutlery, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, and cooking utensils you need. Frying pans and pots are naturally also provided, so you can move in and start cooking right away.

The kitchen also has a new washer-dryer for communal use, allowing you to wash and dry your laundry directly. There is also a freestanding refrigerator with freezer compartments, so everyone has enough space for their groceries.
