just a quick note in advance: this is a shared flat with currently three male housemates.
In our shared apartment, a large bright room of approx. 16 m2 will become available. The room has new high-quality vinyl flooring, which is modern and easy to maintain.
The current resident structure is mainly aimed at young adults aged about 20 to 30. For harmonious coexistence, we make sure that new housemates fit well into the existing shared flat community.
The shared apartment is rather quiet and structured – therefore we are looking for a reliable person with a regular daily routine (e.g. employed or studying), who values order and respectful coexistence.
The room is rented furnished and is equipped with:
- bed incl. mattress
- desk
- desk chair
- wardrobe.
The warm rent is an all-inclusive rent. Already included are:
- high-speed Wi-Fi
- electricity
- waste disposal.
In addition, a new washing machine with dryer function is available.
There are no additional costs for washing and drying.
For bicycles, there is a secure storage room in the basement.

The shared apartment has a brand-new communal kitchen used by all housemates.
The kitchen is high-quality equipped with:

The daylight bathroom with modern walk-in shower is newly fitted and has a washbasin and mirrored cabinet. In addition, there is a separate WC, which is particularly practical in everyday shared-flat life.
