A motor vehicle workshop and an inspection center are located on the ground floor. There is hardly any noticeable noise. Office premises and another apartment are located on the upper floor.
The apartment is currently still rented. For this reason, viewing appointments must be arranged with sufficient advance notice. Viewings from September!
