A new two-person shared flat is currently being created in a central historic building in Schwerin – and one of the two rooms could be yours.
42 m² on the first floor, two almost equally sized rooms, with a hallway, kitchen and bathroom in between. The ceilings are 3.10 m high – adding a special charm. Both rooms are bright and have laminate flooring.
The room is furnished with a bed, desk and a decent office chair. So basically, you only need to bring your boxes, as the functional fitted kitchen is already there too.
You will share the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped – stove, refrigerator and enough cabinet space for two. Bathroom with shower.
Who would fit in here?
Almost anyone. Whether you are studying, in vocational training, have just started working, are doing an internship or are only in Schwerin during the week. The building is quiet and mixed, so please no party shared flat.
