As a family of four, we lived in this apartment for many years—and during that time, it truly became a home for us.
This is where we spent our family life, ate together, laughed, celebrated, retreated, and simply lived. It is the many small moments that eventually make an apartment something special. That is exactly what happened here for us.
Now the time has come for us to move on. Our space requirements are growing, and we would like to take the next step into a house. That is why we are handing over our apartment to new owners with a heavy heart, but also with a good feeling.
We particularly enjoyed using the spacious living and dining area. There was always enough room for family life—whether for shared meals, playing, cozy evenings, or visits from friends and family. The balcony was a lovely extension of our living space and a place where we enjoyed sitting outside.
For a small family, the apartment has a very pleasant layout: In addition to our bedroom and a children’s room, there are two bathrooms, a shower room and a bathroom with a bathtub. Especially as a family of four, we learned to greatly appreciate this luxury.
The additional storage space was also worth its weight in gold for us in everyday life. In the attic, we were able to store all the things one needs but does not want to keep in the apartment all the time in a separate storage room—Christmas decorations, winter clothes, suitcases, and much more. There is storage space for bicycles in the basement, and our dedicated underground parking space also made life easier for us.
The apartment is located in an area that we have come to greatly appreciate over the years. The surroundings around Bremen’s Viertel offer short distances, many small shops, cafés, restaurants, and a vibrant cultural scene. At the same time, the city center is quickly accessible, and the many opportunities of the Östliche Vorstadt are right on the doorstep.
We also have a good relationship with our neighbors in the building, and from time to time we have enjoyed celebrating pleasant small gatherings together in our shared garden.
For many years, this apartment was the place where our family life took place. Now we look forward to passing it on to people who may enjoy living here just as much as we did.
