This apartment is located in a historic Bremen house in the beautiful Ostertor district. From the small entrance hall, you go straight into the fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Consisting of the districts Ostertor, Steintor, Fesenfeld, Peterswerder and Hulsberg, the so-called quarter stretches from the city center to Hastedt along the Weser. The alternative and very popular quarter is a very lively district with many small (specialty) stores, cafes and bistros. The Bremen Kunsthalle and the Theater am Goetheplatz are the cultural highlights right at the beginning of the long Ostertorsteinweg. Characteristic for the building style in the quarter are the Old Bremen houses in small residential streets. St.-Jürgen-Strasse is home to the Klinikum Bremen-Mitte, a major employer also of international doctors. In the Peterswerder district, thousands of fans cheer on their Werder Bremen boys on weekends. On match days, the Weser Stadium can also be reached by ferry across the Weser. The best way to get to the district is by bike or streetcar (lines 2, 3, 10).
