About this apartment

The residential complex, built around 1972, underwent extensive renovation and modernization in 2000/2001. The building’s energy consumption was significantly reduced by adding external thermal insulation to the façade, replacing the central heating system and installing double-glazed windows in the apartments. The entire residential complex is surrounded by front gardens and trees.
Various measures to improve the residential quality of the property were carried out at the end of 2017. These included the following work:
- repainting the exterior façade
- installing new apartment entrance doors
- installing double-glazed plastic windows in the stairwells
- repainting the stairwells
- redesigning the entrance and stairwell areas
- resurfacing the access path
