The members of the student fraternity Corps Saxonia Leipzig are looking for new flatmates.

Then you're exactly right with us! We offer you a nice room in an old city villa.
In total, 7 partially furnished rooms are available to choose from, each approx. 20 square meters in size. These are distributed across our 2 residential floors. The villa has four bathrooms, a spacious shared kitchen, a dining room, a bar with tap system, a lounge, and a large ballroom for events. The house was built in 1905 and impresses with many small details such as a cozy conservatory or a fireplace room with a dartboard. Furthermore, the large garden with terrace can of course be used freely.
What do we expect from applicants?
Any male student can apply with us. Honesty and tolerance in particular are important cornerstones of our life together for us. No one should be excluded from our community because of origin, religion, or political views.
What else do we offer?
Our community is there to support you on your way to graduation. Through our mentoring program, you will get in touch with alumni from a wide variety of fields of study. In addition, our parties and events offer you many opportunities to get to know other first-year students and advanced students. Overall, life in our student fraternity is characterized by numerous joint activities.
Living in the house are a law student, a business engineering student, a student of economics, and a medical student.
We organize seminars on various topics (whiskey tasting, golf, etiquette, communication, business), cook together, host game and movie nights, and also occasionally visit the stadium. Several times a year we take weekend trips to other cities in Germany or in Europe.

It is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport (tram, bus and S-Bahn).
The main campus is only 7 stops away from the house, and it is a 2-minute walk to the stop of tram line 16. Behind the house there is a large park, which invites you to go for walks.
Restaurants, bistros, a café and a swimming pool are reachable within 15 minutes on foot.
