Starting November 1, a new 4-person shared apartment is launching in Villingen city center, and you can be part of it from the very beginning. The freshly renovated ground-floor apartment of around 100 m² offers four rooms of different sizes, so there is something to suit every budget.
You can choose from two compact rooms for €320 cold rent, one room of approx. 15 m² for €360 cold rent, and a large room of approx. 25 m² for €400 cold rent. All rooms are rented unfurnished, so you can furnish them entirely to your own taste.
