The bright 5-room apartment is located on the first upper floor of a small apartment building in the city center of Zwickau.
Thanks to its very good central location, all shopping and local amenities can be reached easily on foot.

The apartment comprises a spacious bedroom with an adjoining balcony, 3 children’s rooms—one with a balcony—a kitchen with a window, and a bright living room. The interior bathroom has a bathtub. The living areas feature bright laminate flooring. The bathroom is tiled in light colors. The apartment has a small storage room in the stairwell. There is no basement storage room.

If desired, a parking space in the courtyard can be rented. We charge rent of €20.00 per month for its use.

Zwickau is the fourth-largest city in Saxony and the “birthplace” of the Saxon automotive industry. In 1810, Robert Schumann, the internationally best-known son of the city and a Romantic composer, was born in Zwickau. The August Horch Museum, the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences Zwickau, and the Robert Schumann Conservatory are cultural and educational institutions known beyond the region.
