About this apartment
For an extraordinary project, we are looking for extraordinary people. Living together, residing and working on one plot of land, in one building. With this project, we offer people with a special sense of responsibility toward themselves, nature and animals. Available is a plot of land in the Southern Eifel and a residential house or apartment building. The plot is ideally suited for creating a kitchen garden for self-sufficiency. The residential house, a former guesthouse, offers space for accommodating several people who are willing to jointly take responsibility for themselves, every other resident and the building. This is possible as a partner in a shared apartment or as a tenant. For both, however, the same core message should apply: jointly overcoming the hurdles of everyday life, being there for one another, sharing costs and obligations, but of course also sharing the nice things in life, eating, drinking and celebrating, must be possible together.
