This inviting accommodation with a separate entrance is located in a charming two-family house and offers you the perfect retreat for your stay. The apartment is ideal for 2–3 people, maximum 4 people.

You can reach tram line 4 in just 3 minutes on foot; it takes you to the vibrant city center every 10 minutes—ideal for excursions and exploration. The quiet, green location in the immediate vicinity of the city park invites you to enjoy relaxing walks and recreation in nature. The holiday apartment is designed to be age-appropriate and on one level, equipped with underfloor heating and electric blinds on all windows. The modern fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything your heart desires.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine and dryer.

In the bedroom, you can choose between a large bed (1.90 m x 2.00 m) or two single beds (0.80 m x 2.00 m), depending on your needs.
