The apartment’s furnishings leave nothing to be desired: From a comfortable sofa, a network-enabled 43” Smart TV, and a dining and work table to a shower bathroom offering many moments of relaxation, everything is provided.
Fast Wi-Fi internet completes the amenities.

A private parking space can be rented additionally for a fee if required (€35 per month).
The "all-inclusive rent" includes all additional costs (advance payment for electricity, heating and water amounting to EUR 60, as well as the costs for internet and cable TV).
The minimum rental period is

The bright apartment is divided into a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed. From the hallway, you have access to the small but pleasant walk-in wardrobe on the right-hand side and the modern shower room on the left-hand side.
The apartment's furnishings leave nothing to be desired: From a comfortable sofa, a modern and network-compatible 43" smart TV, and a dining and work table to a modern shower room that can provide many moments of relaxation, everything is available. Fast WLAN internet completes the amenities.
The immediate surroundings:
The apartment is very close to the city center in a quiet residential area of Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel / Wellingsbüttel. The U1 subway station is within walking distance in just a few minutes, and the city center can be reached very comfortably in less than 20 minutes. The airport can also be reached very quickly (approx. 16 minutes by train), even on foot (approx. 20 minutes' walk).
Supermarkets, as well as numerous shops and facilities for daily needs, can be found in the immediate vicinity, for example on Erdkampsweg.
The Alster hiking trails invite you to take a walk in nature and are only a few minutes away on foot.
