I’m looking for a small, quiet home in Freiburg – ideally 1 to 1.5 rooms, around 20–50 m² and up to approx. €650 including utilities.

Freiburg is where I want to stay. That’s why I’m not looking for a temporary solution, but preferably a long-term tenancy and a permanent home.

I’m 58 years old, quiet, reliable and tidy, and I take good care of any apartment I live in. An uncomplicated and respectful landlord-tenant relationship is important to me.

What I’m looking for:
• Freiburg, preferably with good public transport connections
• 1–1.5 rooms
• approx. 20–50 m²
• up to approx. €650 including utilities
• no shared flat
• move-in as soon as possible
• long-term tenancy preferred

The required documents can be provided at short notice. The Jobcenter may be able to cover the costs.

Perhaps you know someone who is renting out a small apartment, or you have an apartment yourself that will soon become available.
