About this apartment
We are renting out our spacious and high-quality furnished maisonette apartment in Berlin-Mitte for the duration of our stay abroad.
The apartment extends over two levels and offers approx. 140 m² of living space, including an approx. 40 m² private rooftop terrace with an exceptional 360* panoramic view over Berlin, half of which (20 m²) is included in the 140 m². The apartment is rented fully furnished and equipped, offering a high-quality temporary home that can be moved into directly with personal luggage.
The centerpiece of the apartment is the spacious, light-filled living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings are high-quality, individual and carefully selected. Large windows and the open design create a bright and spacious atmosphere.
The apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional TV and family area. A particular highlight is the approx. 40 m² private rooftop terrace belonging exclusively to the apartment, with expansive views over the rooftops and Berlin skyline – an exceptional retreat in the heart of the city.
The apartment is handed over fully equipped. In addition to all furnishings and the fully equipped kitchen, this includes all household appliances, a Miele washing machine and dryer, as well as fast internet. The apartment is therefore particularly suitable for tenants coming to Berlin for a limited period who wish to move in without the need for additional furnishing.
The apartment is also especially suitable for families, couples, expats or professionals looking for a spacious, fully equipped and high-quality home in a central Berlin location for several months.
Rental period: The apartment is available from 1 October 2026, and a rental period of 3 months or more is possible.
All-inclusive rent: €3,850 per month including additional costs, heating, electricity and internet.
International tenants are very welcome – communication can also be conducted entirely in English.
