A cozy, quiet and well-maintained room in a shared apartment with 5 residents (total floor area of the shared apartment approx. 135m²). Fully furnished: bed (extendable for 2 people for short-term visits), workspace, sitting area, wardrobes. The apartment is fully equipped (fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle...; washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi...). The rent including utilities covers all additional costs, incl. Wi-Fi. The room size is approximate and not binding. Please note! Minimum rental period: 6 months.
The room has a wardrobe, a sofa bed (can be extended for two people), a workspace with desk, office chair and lighting, and a quiet corner. The apartment is equipped with everything you need: fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, dryer. You can also relax on the balcony in sunny weather (the balcony is accessible to all residents).
The flatmates are quiet, respectful and international; students (including exchange students) and young professionals (including expats). This offers excellent opportunities to network with one another. Mutual respect and consideration are essential. House rules must be observed, e.g. quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00 or keeping the shared spaces clean. An external cleaning service can of course also be arranged.
Smoking is not permitted in the shared apartment, although the balcony also provides an option for residents who smoke (with consideration for the other residents). The minimum rental period is 6 months. A SCHUFA credit report, tenant self-disclosure form and proof of income are required. You are welcome to request a viewing. A rental deposit insurance policy is also accepted instead of a deposit (can be selected on check24.de).

Very central location near Königsallee, shops within 2–3 minutes on foot: EDEKA, Aldi, Lidl. Königsallee, with its shops, is also within walking distance (2–3 minutes). “Berliner Allee” stop approx. 200m away. Perfect connections to the university, universities of applied sciences, FOM. Düsseldorf Old Town and the Rhine promenade are also within walking distance. Königsallee is a great place to stroll and shop: electronics stores such as Saturn, clothing stores, drugstores, cafés—all just around the corner.
