The rustic family house was built in the 2nd half of the 18th century in a central location of the small village Malching and is under monumental protection. From 2007 to 2010 the property was completely renovated inside: Sheetrock cladding, laminate floors, completely new electrical system with fuse boxes. In 2010 a new kitchen with new stainless steel water pipes was installed.... In 2013 the bathroom was completely renewed with new water installation, screed, tiles, towel heating, electric underfloor heating, etc.. Likewise, an electric backwater system was installed in case of heavy rain. On the first floor there is a hall, a new fitted kitchen with halogen lights and a modern wood stove, a living room with open passage to the dining room and a dining room. Also here is the new bathroom with anteroom and shower, toilet and washing machine connection. A small corner terrace with a small piece of garden complete the cozy home. Upstairs there is a bedroom and a guest/children's room with typical wooden ceilings. From the hallway you have access to the spacious balcony. The room ceiling height is about 2.10 m to 2.15 m. The attic was newly converted into an attic studio in 2007 and completely fitted with new wooden flooring and ceiling panelling. Currently it is used partly as office space, partly as a retreat with walk-in closet. The house is heated by electric heating with thermostat. The plan was to eventually switch to district heating. Outside (facade etc.) the house still needs to be renovated. There is no green garden, therefore not suitable for families with small children.
