Die Wohnung wurde 2026 saniert, sie liegt in der 1. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit Aufzug (Lift). Sie besticht durch ein offenes Wohnkonzept. Über den Flur geht man direkt in die wunderschöne offene Küche und das sehr helle Wohnzimmer.
Von hier aus betritt man das separate Schlafzimmer. Es handelt sich um ein Nichtraucher-Angebot.
Zentrale Wohnlage, der alte Landtag, Schwanenspiegel, der Fernsehturm am Rhein und die Königsallee sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U-Bahn-Station Kirchplatz ist nur 400 Meter entfernt, auf dem Kirchplatz gibt es täglich einen Wochenmarkt und an den Seiten Supermarkt, Apotheke, Cafés etc.
Die Miete beinhaltet bereits die Betriebs- und Heizkosten. Die Kosten für den Internetzugang in Höhe von € 30 und eine Pauschale für die Stromkosten in Höhe von € 70 sind ebenfalls in der Miete enthalten.

The streets in the Friedrichstadt district are arranged like a chessboard. The reason: in the middle of the 19th century, Düsseldorf was also expanded southwards and in 1854 this district was created on the drawing board, so to speak.
