The apartment includes a basement storage room and a free parking space in front of the building. The drying loft is available to all residents. Cleaning of the building, maintenance of the outdoor areas and winter services are handled by the building caretaker service.
Monthly advance payment for operating costs: €250, including €150 for heating/hot water.
The property has a cable connection. Internet connection: GigaZuhause CableMax 1000 with 1000 MBit/s is available according to vodaphone, and MagentaZuhause XL with 175 MBit/s according to Telekom.
If required, the previous tenant's fitted kitchen can be taken over for a fee.
