I am selling an original 4-room apartment in which I removed part of the wall between the bedroom and the eat-in kitchen to create a large living/dining area that runs all the way across the house; furthermore, everything was gutted and completely renovated from the ground up. In the process, the entire electrical installation was brought up to the latest standard, the heating incl. hot water was converted to district heating, and all walls and ceilings were plastered with lime plaster before I moved in in 2015
