About this apartment
Two fully furnished rooms are available for rent in a newly refurbished and renovated 2-room apartment on Heinrichstraße in Darmstadt. The apartment is on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment building and will initially be rented as a 2-person shared apartment.
The apartment was extensively refurbished and renovated in 2026 and is presented in a modern, bright, move-in-ready condition. Both rooms in the shared apartment have a similar layout and are already fully furnished, so nothing stands in the way of an easy move-in.
The heart of the shared areas is the separate kitchen with a modern fitted kitchen and dining area. From here, there is direct access to the spacious balcony overlooking the spacious garden; ideal for dining together, relaxing, or enjoying a morning coffee.
The bathroom was also modernized in 2026. In addition to new surfaces, the pipes, sink, fittings, and toilet were replaced.
In the longer term, the shared apartment is planned to expand: At a date that has not yet been determined, the apartment is to be connected to the directly adjoining apartment. As part of the expansion, the shared apartment will have additional communal areas and a second, large bathroom. The existing kitchen will remain the communal hub of the expanded shared apartment.
