From the living room, you can step directly onto the spacious southwest-facing terrace. It is approximately 50% covered, sheltered from the wind and additionally equipped with an electric awning. It is an ideal place to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The lovely view of the greenery enhances the peaceful living atmosphere.

The bedroom faces the quiet garden side and offers ample space for a large double bed, bedside tables and other furniture. A large double casement window also provides plenty of natural light here. There is also a built-in wardrobe already in place.
