Both areas are open-plan and can be used flexibly. They are particularly suitable for large-volume storage concepts as well as standardized picking processes.

The monthly rent is 2.50 euros per square meter on the ground floor and 1.80 euros per square meter on the first floor. The operating costs are 30 cents per square meter.

Three large roller shutters are available for deliveries. A ramp allows unloading directly from the truck at hall level.
The floor load capacity is about 800 kg/m². The ceiling height is approximately 2.50 meters.

Goods transport to the upper floor takes place via a ramp using pallet trucks. A freight elevator is not available. This should be taken into account during planning, especially for heavy goods.

In front of the hall there is a generously paved area with sufficient space for larger transport vehicles and maneuvering movements.

Behind the hall, ten to fifteen parking spaces are available on a gravel outdoor area. Optionally, the former gatehouse can be converted into a small office.
