We are ideally looking for singles or a couple; the apartment is not suitable for shared flats!

As the building is located in the city center, there is no direct parking space available. A resident parking permit can be applied for at the City of Oldenburg for approx. 40 euros per year. With it, you can park in the streets of the nearby districts.
You reach this beautiful apartment via a well-maintained, tiled staircase on the second floor. On the ground floor there is a well-known perfume shop. There is only one other apartment in the attic of the building.

The apartment has been completely freshly painted for re-letting and, in all rooms except the bathroom, is fitted with attractive, well-maintained laminate flooring. All ceiling surfaces are clad in white panels.

After entering the apartment, on the left you will find the small bedroom and the generously sized living room. Both rooms face Langen Straße (shopping street) and are pleasantly filled with light. The views of the well-kept townhouses invite you to linger.

The heart of this apartment is certainly the large eat-in kitchen with access to the large roof terrace.
