As my husband and I will not be in Munich for a certain period of time, we would like to sublet our beautiful, charming 3-room apartment in Forstenried:

We are looking for reliable and friendly temporary tenants to take over our home for this period.
The apartment offers:

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. As we will be travelling during this period, a few personal belongings will remain in the apartment – we will discuss the exact details together in a relaxed manner.
Key details & terms:
Move-in: Mid-October (we will agree on the exact move-in date during the viewing).
Duration: at least 10 months - max. 1 year.
As we cannot arrange another tenant change during this period, the apartment is only suitable for applicants who can take over the apartment for the entire agreed rental period.
Rent:
All-inclusive rent: €1,900 per month
(Cold rent: €1,615)
Deposit: 2 months’ rent.
Internet & electricity are not included in the rent and must be arranged and paid for by the temporary tenant.
Documents & procedure:
The subletting has been approved by the owner, and we will make the final selection together with her. A SCHUFA certificate and personal liability insurance are required.
