About this apartment
Optionally furnished with tasteful, modern furniture, as shown in the pictures (for only €50 extra per month). This means you can move in directly and do not have to lug heavy furniture around or dismantle and reassemble it. Would you rather bring your favorite furniture yourself? Then we will dismantle our furniture again and store it.
You can use our washing machines and dryers in the communal basement for a flat rate of €15 per month.
Fast internet is available to you for the entire term for a monthly fee of €15.
For €10 per month you can also add TV.
Our ancillary costs are truly the “all-round carefree package,” incl. water/heating/building cleaning/winter service etc. - flat-rate and predictable.
No unpleasant surprise when the service charge statement arrives!
We are looking for long-term tenants for a partnership-based and happy rental relationship who commit for at least one year, preferably longer.
Our requirement is that we must always check your creditworthiness (Schufa/Creditreform etc.) before concluding the contract. If you have negative entries there, please let us know before viewings so that we can check in advance whether we are allowed to rent this apartment to you at all.
