On the ground floor, there is a cozy living area with a wood-burning stove, creating a pleasant living atmosphere. Adjacent are the kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Another room is located on a staggered split-level floor and is ideally suited, for example, as an office. Upstairs, two additional rooms are available, which can be flexibly used as children’s rooms, an office, or a dressing room. This floor is complemented by a bedroom and another bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
An attic storage area provides practical storage space. Thanks to the separate entrance, the layout across two floors, and the private outdoor area, you can enjoy a living experience here that clearly differs from that of a conventional rental apartment.
The terrace borders an attractive rock face, creating a truly special ambience. The half of the house also includes a parking space. A garage can additionally be rented for €50 per month.
