Unfortunately, we have to give up the shop we rented for unexpected health reasons.
The lease has already been signed, and the keys will be handed over on 01.11.2026. We planned to open an owner-operated hair salon, which has already been designed (see floor plan). 3 cutting stations and 1 wash station are planned.
There is an opportunity to take over the lease free of commission. You would then sign a new lease with the owners.
If you wish, we can also fit out the salon as planned, and you would cover the costs.
The unit is currently undergoing a complete renovation and will be handed over renovated. The space is also suitable for a beauty salon, mobile phone shop, or similar.
The net rent is €1900, plus utilities and VAT.
A stepped rent was agreed upon when the contract was signed.
