Our stylishly furnished apartments are all equipped with a shower room, a balcony or terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, making them ideally suited for students as well as longer stays, such as business trips or long-term stays for professional or medical reasons. Amenities include free cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a LAN connection, a guest laundry with dryer and monitored parking spaces with an EV charging station, which can be used for a fee. Heidelberg’s city tax is €17.50 per stay (€3.50 per day; max. 5 days). This is not included in the rent.
Our apartments are equipped with 180 cm-wide box-spring beds, some with sofa beds and desks, underfloor heating and smart TVs. Kitchen equipment includes, among other things, a coffee machine, dishwasher, induction hob, egg boiler, toaster and refrigerator with freezer compartment.
Fittings and features, as described
You can book the duration of your stay very flexibly with Maxim Apartments, for a minimum of one month, on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis. The surcharge for the 2nd person is €20 per day. The city tax in Heidelberg is €3.50 per person per night. This is limited to €17.50 per stay.
A monitored parking space can be rented for €25 per week. An EV charging station is available. Electricity consumption is billed monthly.
Use of the washing machine and dryer costs €5 per use. A balcony clothes dryer is available on the balcony free of charge.
Room cleaning, including changing the bed linen and terry towels as well as replenishing the washing lotions, is available for an additional charge. It is also possible to have the bed linen and towels changed for €20 without using the room-cleaning service. Laundry-cleaning utensils are provided free of charge. The one-time charge for final cleaning is €100. All our guests are strictly requested to observe our absolute smoking ban in the building and on the premises.

In addition to the castle ruins, Heidelberg offers a wide variety of dining and cultural facilities, which you can reach within 15 minutes by public transport (3 bus lines 33, 34, 36, 37 at the Kreuzgrundweg stop, a 5-minute walk away, and 2 bus lines 34 and 36 at the "grüner Baum" stop, a 3-minute walk away) or by car. Shopping facilities and amenities for daily needs can be reached in approximately 5 minutes.
