Each co-owner therefore uses the house exclusively and entirely for themselves during their respective period. Use is intended exclusively for the co-owners and their relatives; no tourist letting to third parties.

Operating costs, maintenance measures and investments will be borne equally by the co-owners.
Due to our own varied schedule and the geographical distance (Upper Bavaria is the “centre of our absence”), we unfortunately use our holiday house far too rarely ourselves.
Therefore, a remaining HALF or one-third share fully meets our usage requirements, and in this way we offer other co-owners the opportunity to fulfil their dream of owning a holiday house on what is presumably the most beautiful beach on the Baltic Sea.
